The Australian Education Management Association (AEMA) is a Melbourne-based incorporated association dedicated to supporting cooperation between the Australian and Chinese education sectors. AEMA serves as an industry exchange and business-matching platform, connecting institutions, educators, training providers and industry resources.
澳大利亚教育管理协会（AEMA）总部位于墨尔本，是依法注册的行业协会，致力于推动中澳教育领域的交流与合作。协会作为行业交流与商务对接平台，连接院校、教育者、培训机构及产业资源。
AEMA focuses on higher education, vocational education and training, international student pathways, EdTech and AI in education, teacher and academic exchange, and education management research — building structured, long-term frameworks for bilateral collaboration.
协会重点关注高等教育、职业教育与培训、国际学生升学路径、教育科技与AI教育、师资与学术交流，以及教育管理研究，致力于为中澳合作搭建有组织、可持续的长期机制。
Through its institutional network spanning Australian education and training providers, AEMA helps connect the breadth of Australia’s education ecosystem with its Chinese partners on a compliant, professional basis.

AEMA was founded under the leadership of Yang Li, President of the Association, Principal Executive Officer of Mercury Institute of Victoria (CRICOS 03439M | RTO 41264) and founder of NPG New Pathway Group — with a vision to build a sustainable platform for Australia–China education cooperation.
AEMA由李杨创立并担任会长。李杨现任Mercury Institute of Victoria首席执行官（CRICOS 03439M | RTO 41264）及NPG新路径集团创始人，致力于打造中澳教育合作的可持续平台。
